Welcome to Yugioh-Tcg.bd.com (i shortened the name to bd). Again welcome to all. This is were my friend Yami yugi and I (Marik) teach you all how to become yugioh masters. Yami also teaches you how to become a jedi knight but since this site revolves around yugioh we wont metion that to much. Just keep in mind that option is available. This blog is maintained by Marik (me).
Rules and Regulations of The Corparate Dragons:
- We meet every Wednesday and Thursdays around 2-4 or 4:30 at Elmwood park in the big O in Nebraska( when weather permits us-if not we will be on this site on the tag boards) we will be sitting at one of the double benches the ones one beside the other.
- When you or your parent/s drive you over here enter the park from the pool side. There is an entrance by the Elmwood pool across the street. We will be sitting there praticing yugioh or jedi tatics.
- When you get there you will have to sign up on a sheet of paper we will have there asking stuff like: name, nickname,age,email,deckname...etc. You will need to sign up with a nickname or as we call it a duelest name. Also NO admission fee.
- We will meet on those days above till it gets really cold and windey then we might meet in a store if were allowed. If not we will all meet online also giving others not in Omaha NE to join in the fun by online dueling.
- In the winter time we will play yugioh online through yahoo instant messaging we will post our ussernames when that time comes.
- Things you will need for the group: 40 card deck (yugioh of course), 15 card side deck (is optional), the willingness and determination to win, patients to learn, be there on time, and the rulebook.(optional)
- Ages 10-13 needs a parent to be with them. Any one older than 13 can come alone or with a parent it doesnt matter. Its up to your parents.
- If you want your card pictures on this site, scan them in and send them to me via email. Email Marik
Please when sending an email of your cards to make sure the image is croped to exactly the card size not just the picture but exactly the card i dont want any and white spaces only the picture of the card. thxs
Meetings
Our first meeting is this Wednesday the 13th of October 2004. We will be let you guys sign up and watch a duel between Marik and Yami. Greetings and beggings for the frist meet. It will be time to read the manual and time to memorize and be more familar with your cards.
Did i mention, When you sign up you get a free basic card. (nothing fancy but its free on sign up and sign up is free also.) For the free card--while suplies last.
Hope to see you all there. The bench where we will be is kinda by the playground if that helps you find us. We will also have a sign up maybe if we get it made.
One more rule and the most important, be nice to your opponet and the other members.

The Rule book and some tips
Every good dueler must know the rule book. So here is some tid bits from the yugioh rulebook and some of my tactics.
When you look at this next card, you should be looking at more than just the picture.
The Amazoness Tiger is a pretty card but you must look beyond that for a sec. First thing you need to look at is the name of the card. For example : 
That is the name of a card. Then the symbol behind the name is what type it is. There are diffrent ones: Earth, Fire, Water, Light, and Dark.
The second thing you must look out for as you veiw the card is the star chips. If the monster has 1-4 star chips ( 
)you dont need any sacrafices. If the star chips lvl is 5 (
)you need 1 sacrafice, and if its 6 or above( 
) you need 2 sacrafices.
What are sacrafice/s and how do I make them?
Sacrafice/s are when you take one or more monsters on your side of the field, and discard them to the graveyard to Tribute summon a higher powered monster.
The next thing you need to know is the amount of atk/def if there is one. (Only monster cards have atk/def points.) ( 
) Atk is the number of points inflicted to a monster of to life points of the opponent. Def is the amount of deffence points that protect you monster and your life points when the monster card is in defensive postion.
Last but not least, read the description of all your cards, so when in battle you dont waste time reading them. 
Also remember after you look at all those you may look at the piture. (

Now read the next 5 cards and think of what the diffrence is. Also practice what you were just taught about recognizing the cards valued areas. (chips,lvl,atk/def,description,name..etc)

There is a meeting tommarow from 2:30-4:30 at Exspresso Mary's Coffee shop. I dont know how to describe how to get there but i am sure most of you know where it is. iI belive you turn off of Farnum street. and its by Walners its down that street. Any way look for acouple of people playing cards in the second room. You might need to buy a mocha to stay tere or something like hot choclate. But i dont think you have to cuz we will do that so i think you all can get away with it.

Well no one showed up yesterday and today Yami is busy so we cant hold meetings today. we'll keep trying though. lets have some fun with some secret messages. If you read the whole thing above this post youll now how to read the secreat message starting now>>>>>>>>>>>hi how is everyone doing i am so bored but i love yugioh i am playing around with a little computer program called sound forge 5 its a really cool program allowing you to create and edit sound absaloutly awsume well i am outa here. chow. by the way yami is getting better at dueling you all missed a really good battle<<<<
